MDM - Convention hotel will boast 1700 rooms and over 600,000 square feet of meeting, exhibition and event space.

Community Engagement: TDF lead MDM community education and outreach efforts to residents, community-based organizations, Faith-based organizations and public agencies within the CRA boundary in order to Foster good will, solicit public input, and highlight the community benefits associated with the MDM Development.

MDM Internships: TDF coordinated with school staff and MDM Executives a fieldtrip of potential Booker T. Washington Sr. High students to tour JW Marriott Marquis. Also, assisted in securing summer internship interviews with selected BTW High students with JW Marriott HR staff that were hired in culinary, accounting and engineering.
