Post Development: TDF was responsible for assisting in procurement of project financing,

inter-governmental relations, public relations and community outreach to local residents, community-based, faith-based and business organizations.

Construction Phase: TDF coordinated and implemented the promotion of employment opportunities during the construction of Courtside Apartments to residents residing in the SEOPW/OMNI Community Redevelopment Area (CRA).

Outcome: forty percent (40%) labor participation requirement set by SEOPW CRA.
